In today's highly competitive environment, everyone wants low prices, good service, and fast delivery. We recognise that many mail order companes have built up a bad reputation by not replying promptly to their customers, and we promise that our performance will make us stand out from the rest!
Our Products & Pricing
All pricing shown does not include VAT at 17.5%. We try to always keep the images of our products up to date so that you can see exactly what you are buying, but we cannot always guarantee that the images shown are 100% identical to the product we stock. Where possible we ship the exact product as shown on our website, but we reserve the right to occasionally replace the described product with one of equal or greater value and/or stature.
Methods Of Payment
To keep our costs down, we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or Switch. There is no surcharge for using your credit card - the prices you see (plus VAT) are the prices you pay. We check your credit card details carefully, using a number of anti-fraud methods, including those provided by ProtX and the 3rd Man, to name but two.
Delivery Method & Charges
Please note that to avoid fraudulent transactions, we will only ship to the cardholder's address, which will be checked at the card payment stage. All shipments are made using either Recorded Delivery or Proof Of Delivery request, which eliminates fraudulent transactions.
Order value up to £1000.00 - Delivery is £12.50 via overnight courier
Order value £over £1000.00 – Delivery is £30.00 via overnight courier.
Order Confirmation
After you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you supplied when you logged in.
Warranty Period
Unless specifically indicated otherwise, all products sold by Ware247 come with a 1-year Return To Base warranty.
Returns Policy
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Ware247. However, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us.
Goods Faulty or Dead on Arrival:
If your goods are faulty or Dead on arrival, we allow you 10 days to inform us of the fault. When the goods are returned to us, we have tested them in our test lab, and the fault has been verified, we will issue a full refund to you via your original payment method. Please note that under no circumstances will we replace products which have suffered physical damage due to incorrect or inapporopriate installation by you. For example, if you exert undue pressure when installing a memory product, and the product cracks as a result, we cannot be held liable for this, as this is outside of our control. Please see 'How To Return An Item' below.
Goods Damaged in Transit:
If your goods were damaged in transit, please report this to us within 72 hours. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the courier's receipt sheet with the words 'Goods Delivered Damaged', with a brief description of the damage, and return to us. Once the damaged goods are received back into our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to you via your original payment method. Please see 'How To Return An Item' below.
Goods Faulty in Warranty Period:
If your goods develop a fault but it has been more than 14 days since receipt by you, then provided your product is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. Please see 'How To Return An Item' below.
If you have changed your mind:
If you have simply changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods, then in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) you can do so provided you inform us of this decision within 10 days from receipt. The goods must not be opened nor used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 28 days to do so at your own expense. Once goods are received here at Ware247, we’ll issue a full refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method. Please note this policy does have some limitations, and we will explain these if you elect to return goods under the DSD.
How To Return An Item
Our Returns Procedure is simple:
1. Click on 'Returns Form Online' under Links (bottom Right of Screen) 2. Complete and submit the online Returns Form (there is a link on the lower right of each page) and we will email you with a Returns (RMA) Reference, and returns instructions. 3. Please ensure you include this RMA number with every return so that we can identify who has sent it when the returned item arrives at our warehouse. 4. We will test your return, and if found to be defective we will repair or replace it during the warranty period.
Security & Privacy Policy
In keeping with good e-commerce practice, we store your personal information securely, we do not sell your personal details to third-parties, and we do not store your credit card details.
